About the Role
We are seeking an associate-level mental health professional (LPC, LAMFT, or LMSW) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring developing clinical expertise, empathy, and a client-centered approach that aligns with our commitment to excellence and high-caliber mental health support.
Requirements
Current and unrestricted associate licensure as an LPC, LAMFT, or LMSW Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
Experience in providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy (entry-level candidates welcome)
Developing diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education
Eagerness to engage with high-functioning clients through accountability, reframing, and intellectual rigor
