Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is the opportunity to discover who you are and how you wish to be. In personalized one-on-one sessions, you'll work with your therapist to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and gain deeper self-understanding. This confidential, judgment-free space allows you to build resilience and create meaningful changes that align with your goals.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is an opportunity to explore your relationship and learn more about your needs, wants, and ways of communicating. Together with your therapist, you and your partner will develop healthier communication patterns, resolve conflicts constructively, and deepen your emotional connection. This collaborative process helps couples navigate challenges while building stronger foundations for lasting intimacy and understanding.

With licensed Marriage and Family therapists, we provide family therapy and systems work to create better dynamics and relationships within family systems. Our therapists help families improve communication patterns, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds between all members. Through a collaborative approach, we address underlying issues and develop healthier ways of interacting that support each family member's wellbeing and growth.

Play therapy is a specialized form of counseling that uses children's natural language of play to help them express feelings, process experiences, and develop coping skills. Designed primarily for children ages 3-12, this approach allows kids to communicate through toys, games, art, and imaginative play when they may not have the words to describe their emotions or experiences. Through guided play sessions with a trained therapist, children can work through challenges like anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, and life transitions in a safe and developmentally appropriate way.

Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Pediatric occupational therapy helps children ages 2-18 develop essential daily living skills, improve sensory processing, and build emotional regulation through play-based, individualized treatment. Our therapists specialize in supporting children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges using evidence-based sensory integration techniques. This therapy builds confidence and independence, helping children succeed at home, school, and in their community.

Boys Group (Starting October 14, 2025)

This boys group is designed for young men ages 10-12 to build social skills, emotional awareness, and healthy friendships in a supportive peer environment. Over the course of 6 weeks, participants engage in activities, discussions, and games that help them navigate friendship challenges, manage emotions like anger or frustration, and develop confidence in social situations. The group provides a safe space for boys to connect with peers facing similar experiences while learning valuable life skills they can use at home and school.
