About the Role
We are seeking a licensed occupational therapist with mental health specialization to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sensory processing, emotional regulation, and functional skills development, with a particular focus on pediatric mental health. This role combines traditional occupational therapy approaches with evidence-based mental health interventions to support clients across the lifespan.
Requirements
Current and unrestricted licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Experience in mental health settings, particularly with children and adolescents
Knowledge of sensory processing disorders and their impact on mental health
Strong understanding of child development and family systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education Interest in or experience with DBT approaches (training provided)
Ability to work with high-functioning families seeking comprehensive care
