About the Role
We are seeking a fully licensed mental health professional (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a client-centered approach that aligns with our commitment to excellence and high-caliber mental health support.
Requirements
Current and unrestricted licensure as an LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW
Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
Experience in providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education
Ability to engage with high-functioning clients through accountability, reframing, and intellectual rigor
